Everything you need to know about your first diving experience
An Introductory Dive (Discover Scuba Diving) is a guided underwater experience designed for people with no prior diving experience. You will dive with a certified instructor who takes full control of the equipment while you enjoy the underwater world.
No experience is required. Even if you have never tried diving before, you can participate safely and comfortably.
The minimum age for an Intro Dive is 8 years depending on local regulations.
Yes. Introductory dives are conducted with a certified instructor who stays next to you throughout the entire dive. You receive a full safety briefing and practice basic skills before descending.
The full experience usually lasts about 1.5 hours, including: Briefing, Gear fitting, Shallow-water practice, Underwater tour (30 minutes).
Introductory dives are typically up to 6 meters (20 feet).
You will explore Eilat’s coral reefs, colorful fish, and clear Red Sea waters. The instructor chooses the best site for visibility.
Yes, underwater photography services are available. You can also bring your own action camera if you can hold it comfortably during the dive.
Basic comfort in the water is helpful, but swimming skills are not required. You will be closely guided and supported by your instructor at all times.
Please bring: Swimsuit, Towel, Flip-flops, Payment method (cash or card), Lockers are provided free of charge.
Yes. All scuba gear, including wetsuit, mask, fins, and tank, is included in the price.
No. Flying is not allowed for 24 hours after any scuba dive, including introductory ones.
Absolutely. Many guests love the Intro Dive so much that they choose to continue to the Open Water Diver Course, where you can earn an international scuba certification.
